Our Methodology:

This is your house. It's not a dream and we don't just listen. Check out other builders. Somehow they believe those platitudes mean something. What separates us from other construction companies besides our expertise in Design | Build? We set our price based on your needs then lock it. Further, we don't play the change order game. Inside the defined scope of the project documents, change orders are pass-through if a change in price occurs from the subcontractor or for a material change. We will work to prevent or minimize these occurrences, if possible. Otherwise, change orders are utilized to document the process. There is no further mark up from us. Effectively, this is a cost plus fixed fee agreement. This process should not be weaponized against you. We are neither the lowest nor the highest priced. We must maintain trust in one another to make this work. The process alone is hard enough. For this reason, we do not provide free estimates. At the end of the design phase, if we no longer have a meeting of the minds, we will part ways and you will have a complete set of architectural drawings with which to construct your home with any builder you chose. Otherwise, we will seamlessly move to construction as a team.
